Many words no longer need to be written about ABBA, because almost all generations from grandparents to teenagers sing along to their songs. Countless cover versions of their chartbreakers are still present in the charts to this day, and even musical productions have successfully performed ABBA's work worldwide. Several tribute and cover bands of the Swedish pop gods try to get as close as possible to the original, which of course only a few succeed convincingly. ABBA-EXPLOSION clearly sets itself off from the mass of habituality and the average. Where others come up with computer and band recording, the musicians of ABBA-EXPLOSION rely on a filigree, explosive and rousing live sound. The band surprises the audience again and again by incorporating short quotes of music history into the ABBA songs. Thus, for example, a Latin American, Caribbean or even rock rhythm can open SOS, Mama Mia and Waterloo and unexpectedly pass into the original, as well as Dancing Queen could also end up in a Beatles or Queen song.
